Before the Court is the Motion to Strike and Exclude the Testimony and Opinions of Plaintiff’s Technical Expert Kurt D. Humphrey , filed by Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. Dkt. No. 239. For the reasons discussed below, the Motion is GRANTED as to Mr. Humphrey’s technical benefits opinions as to the ’389 Patent and otherwise DENIED. I.
