Before the Court is the Motion to Strike Certain Opinions of Samsung’s Expert Dr. Thomas Katona filed by Plaintiffs Pictiva Displays International Ltd. and Key Patent Innovations Limited. Dkt. No. 240. In the Motion, Plaintiffs move to strike certain portions of Dr. Katona’s opening and rebuttal reports. Id . at 1. Having considered the Motion and its related briefing, and for the reasons set forth herein, the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED only IN PART. I.
