Before the Court is the Motion to Strike and Exclude the Testimony and Opinions of Plaintiff’s Technical Expert Kirk S. Schanze (the “Motion”) filed by Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (“Samsung”). (Dkt. No. 250.) In the Motion, Sam sung seeks to strike certain portions of Mr. Schanze’s Opening Report. (Id. at 15.) Having considered the Motion and its related briefing, and for the reasons stated herein, the Court finds that it should GRANTED IN PART and otherwise DENIED. I.
