In this patent suit, Plaintiffs Pictiva Displays International, Ltd. and Key Patent Innovations Limited (together, “Pictiva”) allege that Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and Samsung Electronics America, Inc., (together, “Samsung”) infringe the claims of six (6) patents generally related to devices that use organic light emitting diodes, or “OLEDs.” From those patents, the parties present roughly two (2) dozen disputes about the scope of terms or phrases.
