Before the Court is Defendant Fortinet, Inc.’s Corrected Motion to Transfer to the Northern District of California. (Dkt. No. 99). After consideration, the Court concludes that Fortinet has not met its burden of showing that the Northern District of California would be a clearly more convenient venue.
