Before the Court are Fortinet, Inc.’s Motion to Exclude Portions of the Infringement Expert Report of Dr. Hugh Smith (Dkt. No. 279), Motion to Exclude Portions of the Expert Report of Dr. Eric Cole (Dkt. No. 282)1, and Motion to Strike the Damages Opinions of Jim W. Bergman (Dkt. No. 283).
