Pending before the Cour t is Defendants Sigma Drillin g Technologies, LLC, Intrepid Consulting, LLC, Justin Manley, Allison Manley, William Garfield, and Pamela Goehring-Garfield’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motion for Leave to Amend Defendants’ Answer to Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. #127). After reviewing the relevant pleadings and motion, the Court finds the motion should be denied.
