Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Plaintiff’s Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act Claims (Dkt. #231). After reviewing the relevant pleadings and motion, the Court finds motion should be denied. On November 12, 2018, Defendants filed their present partial motion for summary judgment (Dkt. #231).
