Before the Court is Plaintiff Mojo Mobility, Inc.’s Motion for Leave to Amend Infringement Contentions Under P.R. 3-6(b). Dkt. No. 119. Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. opposed the Motion through a response and sur-reply. Dkt. No. 167; Dkt. No. 196.
