Before the Court is the Motion to Strike or Exclude Portions of the Expert Reports of David S. Ricketts filed by Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. Dkt. No. 94; Dkt. No. 143 (reply in support). Plaintiff Mojo Mobility, Inc. opposed the Motion with a response and sur -reply. Dkt. No. 118; Dkt. No. 16 1. For the reasons discussed below, Samsung’s Motion is GRANTED to the extent provided below in Parts II (A), (B), (D), and (E). I.
