Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Exclude Plaintiffs’ expert Bruce Smith’s opinions relating to his “Benefits of the Claimed Five -Mask BCE Manufacturing Process” Report. (Doc. No. 681.) Plaintiffs have filed a response. (Doc. No. 696.) For the reas ons stated herein, Defendants’ Motion (Doc. No. 681) is DENIED.
