Before the Court are several motions for summary judgment filed by Staton Techiya, LLC (“Techiya”) and Synergy IP Corporation (“Synergy”). Techiya filed a Motion for Summary Judgment regarding Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc.’s (collectively “Samsung”) Non-patent Counterclaims. Dkt. No. 426. Synergy also filed a Motion for Summary Judgement regarding Samsung’s Non- patent Counterclaims. Dkt. No. 437.
