Before the Court is the Opposed Motion to Amend the June 21, 2024 Judgment (the “Motion”) filed by Plaintiff Staton Techiya, LLC (“ Techiya”). (Dkt. No. 954.) In the Motion, Techiya moves to amend the Final Judgment under Rule 59(e). For the following reasons, the Court finds that the Motion should be DENIED. I.
