Before the Court, counterclaim defendants Staton Techiya, LLC, Synergy IP Corporation, Dr. Seung-Ho Ahn and Sungil Cho move to dismiss defendant Samsung’s 1 counterclaim action under the doctrine of forum non conveniens or in the alternative for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted .
