Currently before the Court is the “Motion of SAP America, Inc. and SAP AG For Relief From Judgment Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e) or 60(b) Or For A Stay” (Dkt. No. 598), filed on January 21, 2014 and renewed on March 27, 2014 (Dkt. No. 615). Request for a stay: Defendants seek a stay on three grounds, each of which will be addressed in turn: (1) based on the “Stipulated Order on Execution of Judg ment,” (2) based upon the pendency of the Executive Benefits case in the U.S.
