The following memorandum further explains the basis for the Court granting Defendants SAP America, Inc. ‟s and SAP AG ‟s (collectively, “SAP”) Motion to Exclude the Expert Testimony of Neeraj Gupta, Christopher Bakewell, and Roy Weinstein as it relates to the proposed reasonable royalty analysis (Dkt.
