Pending before the Court is Tech Pharmacy Services, LLC’s (“Tech Pharmacy”) Motion to Compel Defendants to Produ ce Improperly Clawed-Back Documents Previously Produced by a Non-Party (Dkt. #192). After reviewing the relevant pleadings, the Court denies Tech Pharmacy’s motion.
