Pending before the Court is Defendants’ Mo tion to Compel Plaintiff to Remove the Confidentiality Designation on Ce rtain Non-Confidential and P ublic Documents (Dkt. #275). After reviewing the relevant pleadings, the Court denies Defendants’ motion. BACKGROUND On July 19, 2017, Defendants filed the present motion to compel (Dkt. #275). On August 2, 2017, Tech Pharmacy Services, LLC (“Tech Ph armacy”) filed a response (Dkt. #289). On August 9, 2017, Defendants’ filed a reply (Dkt. #301).
