Pending before the Court is Tech Pharmacy Services, LLC’s (“Tech Pharmacy”) Motion for Relief Arising from Discovery Abuses Under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 30(d)(2) (Dkt. #191). After considering the relevant pleadings, the Court grants in part and denies in part Tech Pharmacy’s motion. BACKGROUND Tech Pharmacy accuses Defendants of willful pa tent infringement of the five patents-in- suit, all of which relate to the same technology. Defendant s contest Tech Pharmacy’s willful infringement claims by asserting an advice- of-counsel defense.
