Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Portions of the Expert Reports and to Exclude Testimony of James Proctor . Dkt. No. 104. In their Motion, Plaintiffs contend that the opinions of Defendants’ invalidity expert, Mr. James Proctor , are sufficiently unreliable and flawed to warrant exclusion under Federal Rule of Evidence 702 and Daubert .
