This opinion addresses claim construction arguments with respect to a disputed claim phrase in U.S. Patent No. 7,415,530 (“the ’530 Patent”) and U.S. Patent No. 9,116,908 (“the ’908 Patent”). Pursuant to an Order from the Court for claim construction briefing (Doc. No. 497), Defendant Riverbed Technology, Inc. (“Riverbed”) filed an Opening Clai m Construction Brief (Doc. No. 516 ), to which Plaintiff Realtime Data, LLC (“Realtime”) filed a Sealed Response (Doc. No. 535).
