Before the Court is Defendant Dropbox, Inc.’s Motion to Transfer Venue to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California Pursuant to 28 U. S.C. § 1404(a) (Doc. No. 17). Plaintiff Realtime Data LLC filed a response (Doc. No. 2 4) to which Dropbox filed a reply (Doc. No. 30), and Realtime filed a sur -reply (Doc. No. 32). Having considered the parties’ briefing, the Court GRANTS Dropbox’s Motion to Transfer Venue (Doc. No. 17).
