Before the Court is Defendant Riverbed Technology, Inc.’s (“Riverbed”) Sealed Motion for Partial Summary Judgement Barring Pre -Suit Damages. (Doc. No. 438 .) Plaintiff Realtime Data, LLC (“Realtime”) has filed a Sealed Response (Doc. No. 453), Riverbed has filed a Reply (Doc. No. 465), and Realtime has filed a Sealed Sur-Reply (Doc.
