Before the Court is Defendant Teradata Operations , Inc.’s Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (Doc. No. 25). Plaintiff Realtime Data LLC filed a response (Doc. No. 28) to which Teradata filed a reply (Doc. No. 32), and Realtime filed a sur-reply (Doc. No. 33). Teradata moves the Court for transfer to the Central District of California, or alternatively, to the Northern District of California if consolidated-defendant Dropbox, Inc.’s Motion to Transfer Venue is granted in consolidated Case No. 6:15- cv-465.
