Before the Court are two Motions. The first is Plaintiff Entropic Communications, LLC’s Opposed Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Testimony and Documents Improperly Withheld as Privileged (the “Motion for Leave”).
