Before the Court is Defendant Charter Communications, Inc.’s Motion to Strike Dr. Kramer’s Improper Opinions. (Dkt. No. 167.) Plaintiff Entropic Communications, LLC opposes the motion. (See Dkt. No. 196.) For the following reasons, the motion is GRANTED-IN-PART and DENIED-IN-PART. II. BACKGROUND Dr. Kramer is one of Entropic’s technical expert s.
