Before the Court is the Motion to Strike Portions of the Expert Report of Dan Schonfeld, filed by Plaintiff Multimedia Technologies Pte. Ltd.. Dkt. No. 1 30. For the reasons discussed below, the Motion is GRANTED only in PART. I. BACKGROUND On December 23, 2022, Plaintiff Multimedia filed suit against Defendants LG Electronics Inc. and LG Electronics USA, Inc. asserting (as is relevant to the instant Motion) that Defendants infringe five of their patents: U.S. Patent N os. 9,055,254; 9,055,255; 9,247,174; 9,510,040; and 10,419,805.1 Dkt.
