Before the Court is the Motion to Strike the Infringement Report of Plaintiff’s expert Dr. Craig Rosenberg filed by Defendants LG Electronics Inc. and LG Electronics USA, Inc.. Dkt. No. 110. For the reasons discussed below, the Court DENIES the Motion. I.
