In this patent case, the Court will now consider Defendant DynaEnergetics US, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment of Noninfringement of the ’394 Patent [Dkt. # 111]. After considering the parties’ briefs on the issue 1 and the controlling case law, the Court determines that a reasonable jury could find that Defendant’s accused products satisfied the limitations of the asserted claims, so this Motion is DENIED.
