Before the Court is Defendant Google LLC’s (“Google”) Motion for Post -Trial Relief on Invalidity under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102, 103, and 251 (the “Motion”) . (Dkt. No. 292). The Court recently resolved the Motion with respect to the issues relating to 35 U.S.C. § 251. (Dkt. Nos. 340 and 341). Plaintiffs Alfonso Cioffi, Melanie Rozman, Megan Rozman, and Morgan Rozman (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) recently notified the Court that aspects of the Motion relating to 35 U.S.C. §§ 102 and 103 remain outstanding. (Dkt. No. 343).
