Before the Court is the Motion to Sever and Stay Proceedings as to U.S. Patent No. 7,259,521 (the “Motion”) filed by Defendants Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and Samsung Display Co., Ltd.
