Before the Court is Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc.’s (collectively, “Samsung”) “Motion Under Rule 44.1 for Determination of French Law” (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 545.) In the Motion, Samsung requests that the Court make determinations of French law in two respects . (See id. at 1.) Plaintiff G+ Communications, LLC (“G+”) opposes the Motion.
