Before the Court is Plaintiff G+ Communications, LLC’s (“Plaintiff” or “G+”) Motion for Leave to Supplement Plaintiff’s Expert Declaration in Support of Claim Construction (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 90). In the Motion, G+ moves for leave to serve the Supplemental Declaration of Dr. Robert Akl (the “Supplemental Declaration”) in support of its claim construction brief. (Id.).
