From the Opinion

The passage below is extracted verbatim from the opening of the document. It has not been editorially summarized — consult the full opinion for the court's complete reasoning.

Before the Court is the Motion to Exclude Certain Opinions of Geotab’s Damages Expert Michael Tate (Dkt. No. 175, “PerDiem’s Motion” ) filed by Plaintiff PerDiemCo, LLC (“PerDiem”) and the Motion to Exclude Testimony of Plaintiff's Expert on Damages (Dkt. No. 179) (“Geotab’s Motion”) filed by Defendant s Geotab Inc. and Geotab USA, Inc. (“Geotab”). For the following reasons, the Court is of the opinion that PerDiem’s Motion should be DENIED and Geotab’s Motion should also be DENIED.
