Before the Court is Defendant Netgear Inc.’s (“ Netgear”) Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1404(a). (Doc. No. 22 .) Plaintiffs Chrimar Systems, Inc. and Chrimar Holding Company, LLC (“Chrimar”) filed a response (Doc. No. 27) to which Netgear filed a reply (Doc. No. 30 ). After considering the parties’ arguments, the Court GRANTS Netgear’s Motion to Transfer Venue (Doc. No. 22). BACKGROUND Chrimar Systems Inc.
