Pending before the Court is Enforcemen t Video, LLC d/b/a WatchGuard Video’s (“WatchGuard”) Motion for Summary Judgment for Invalidity Against the Asserted Claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,211,907 (Dkt. #68). After consider ing the relevant pleadings, the Court denies WatchGuard’s motion. BACKGROUND Evicam International, Inc. (“ Evicam”) alleges WatchGuard infringes U.S. Patent Nos. 6,211,907 (the “’907 Patent”) and 6,950,013. For the ’ 907 Patent, Evicam asserts Claims 3, 8, 13, 18, 19, 22, 24, and 27 (the “Asserted Claims”).
