Before the Court is Plaintiff EireOg Innovations, Ltd.’s Motion for Summary Judgment of No Invalidity Under 35 U.S.C. § 102(g). Docket No. 198.1 This case was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Roy S. Payne pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). On April 6, 2026, the Magistrate Judge issued a Report and Recommendation (“R&R”), recommending that the motion be denied. Docket No. 433. On April 14, 2026, Plaintiff filed its objections to the R&R. Docket No. 457.
