Before the Court is the Daubert Motion and Motion to Exclude Expert Opinion of William B. Scally , filed by Yealink (USA) Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Yealink Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Defendants”). Dkt. No. 113. For the reasons discussed below, the Motion is DENIED. I. BACKGROUND On November 14, 2023, Plaintiffs Barco, Inc. and Barco NV (“Plaintiff”) sued Defendants alleging they infringe several of Plaintiff’s Patents. See generally Dkt. No. 1.
