Before the Court is the Motion to Strike Portions of Plaintiffs’ Expert Reports filed by Defendant Taiv, Inc. (Dkt. No. 89). In the Motion, Defendant moves to strike various portions of the expert report of Joseph C. McAlexander III , Plaintiffs’ technical expert. ( Id. at 1).
