Before the Court is PNC Bank N.A.’s (“PNC”) Motion to Transfer to the Western District of Pennsylvania Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 31). Having considered the Motion, the completed briefing, and oral argument, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be and hereby is DENIED.1 I. BACKGROUND United Services Automobile Association (“USAA”) filed suit against PNC on September 30, 2020. USAA filed an amended complaint on December 2, 2020 (the “First Amended Complaint”). (Dkt. No. 8).
