Before the Court is the openi ng claim construction brief of United States Automobile Association (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 41, filed on May 17, 2019),1 the response of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. N o. 47, filed on May 31, 2019), 2 and Plaintiff’s Reply (Dkt. No. 48, filed on June 7, 2019). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on June 27, 2019. Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing, the Court issues this Order.
