Before the Court is Plaintiff Intellectual Ventures II LLC’s (“Intellectual Ventures”) Motion for Leave to Amend its Infringement Contentions (Dkt. No. 113) (“the Motion”). Having considered the Motion and for the reasons set forth herein, the Court finds that the Motion should be and hereby is GRANTED. I.
