Before the Court are two motions: (1) Dell Inc.’s Daubert Motion to Exclude Portions of the Expert Reports of Dr. Kevin C. Almeroth (Dkt. No. 635), and (2) Intel Corporation’s Daubert Motion to Exclude Testimony of Dr. Kevin C. Almeroth (Dkt. No. 645). For the following reasons, the Dell’s Motion (Dkt.
