On February 19, 2015, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of certain disputed claim terms in United States Patents No. 6,772,210; 6,791,971; 6,885,658; 6,934,279; 7,047,561; 7,184,427; 7,990,984; and 7,995,589. After considering the arguments made by the parties at the hearing and in the parties’ claim construction brief ing (Dkt.
