Before the Court are the parties’ claim construction briefing. The Court held the Markman hearing on June 4, 2013. This Order addresses the parties’ various claim construction disputes related to the sole patent-in-suit, U.S. Patent No. 6,744,858 (the “’858 patent”). This Order will first briefly address the patent-in-su it and then turn to th e merits of the claim construction issues. 1 I.
