Before the Court is Defendants Citrix Systems, Inc. and Citrix Online, LLC (collectively, “Citrix”) Motion for Partial Stay of the Case in Light of the Final Rejection of All Asserted Claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,158,011. (Dkt. No. 162.) After carefully considering the parties’ written submissions, the Court DENIES Citrix’s Motion. II. Facts Plaintiff SSL Services LLC (“SSL”) filed suit on April 11, 2008, alleging that Citrix infringes U.S. Patent Nos. 6,061,796 (“the ‘796 patent”) and 6,158,011 (“the ‘011 patent”).
