I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Mondis Technology Ltd. (“Mondis” or “Plaintiff”) filed suit against defendants Chimei-Innolux Corp. and Innolux Corporation (colle ctively “Innolux”); Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Ltd. (“Hon Hai”); and Top Vict ory Electronics (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., TPV International (USA), Inc., TPV Electronics (Fuj ian) Co., Ltd., Top Victory Electronics (Fujian) Co., Ltd., and Envision Peripherals, Inc.
