Defendants Audi AG, Audi of America, In c., Volkswagen AG Volkswagen of America, Inc., Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., Nissan North Ameri ca, Inc., and Nissan Technical Center North America, Inc. (collectively “defendants”) move the Court to reconsider its decision of September 10, 2008 denying their motion to transfer this case the Eastern Distri ct of Michigan. (Dkt.
