Before the cour t is Defendants Audi AG, Audi of Ame rica, Inc., Volkswagen AG a nd Volkswagen of America, Inc.’s Motion to Transfer to Venue (Dkt. No. 92) and related briefing. Defendants Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., Nissan North America, Inc., and Nissan Technical Center North America, Inc. have joined the Motion (Dkt. No. 111). The defendants request that this case be transferred to the Eastern District of Michigan pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
