Before the Court is Defendants WG Security Products, Inc. and EAS Sensorsense, Inc.’s (collectively “the Defendants”) Motion to Compel Certain Testimony of Thomas J. Frederick (hereinafter “Frederick”) (#87). Frederick is the sole inventor of United States Patent No. 6,700,490 (hereinafter “the ’490 patent”), one of the patents Plaintiff Sensormatic Electronics Corporation (hereinafter “Sensormatic”) claims the Defendants infringe.
